We believe Hope is Contagious…

Hey there. We know the world is full of uncertainty and a whole lot of fear right now, so we want to take the opportunity to spread as much hope and inspiration to go around for all. We are here to connect humanity and inspire hope, and we want to invite you to do the same:

 

Write a letter to someone

  • Think of someone (or five people) who may need a little hope, light, or encouragement right now.

  • Take some time to be intentional with your words and personalize your message. Show you have thoughtfully taken time to speak words of love and truth to them.

  • Have fun! Decorate the letter, doodle, share inspirational quotes — get creative! This is meant to bring not only the person you’re writing joy, but you as well.

  • Send your letter with this printable graphic or this one.

  • Encourage others to do the same! The more hope we send to others, the more contagious it will become. Be sure to utilize the hashtag #hopeiscontagious.

  • Last, this is an easy way to bring hope and encouragement to someone… and it almost costs nothing to do.

We believe speaking truth out loud will generate positivity and create more hope in the world. You can find our Daily Mantras and Meditations here. We will focus on these during the next 4-6 weeks. We invite you to join us and also share these with someone who might benefit from them.

Virtual Hangouts

While we are physically distancing, that doesn’t mean we have to social distance. We are creating space to hang out via Zoom, Google Hangout, FaceTime — and we’d love for you to join us. Our team gains a lot of inspiration through books. One of our favorite books is “Beginner’s Pluck” by Liz Bohannan. We will be exploring what it truly means to build your life of passion and purpose.
